Q.
My Credit card is
being declined and I
don't know why. |

A.
Usually this
is because the
"billing" address
you entered does not
match the address
your credit card
company has on file.
For your protection,
we use AVS (Address
Verification System)
You MUST enter the
address that your
credit card company
sends your statement
to. You can use what
ever shipping
address you like,
but the billing
address must be the
one on file with
your bank. Another
reason for declined
cards is that your
bank is blocking the
purchase. Just call
your bank and tell
them that you are
trying to make a
purchase and remove
to block.

When I log into my
account, there is no
shipping or tracking
information. |

We
use USPS Priority
mail and there is no
tracking
information.
At the time of
shipping an email is
sent containing the
delivery
confirmation number
and address
information. |

When I check the
delivery
confirmation number
on the USPS website,
it says they have
been electronically
notified of the
shipment, but it
doesn't say that
they have received
the shipment. |

The
USPS picks up our
outbound shipments
from our shipping
warehouse once a
day. Because USPS
picks them up, they
are not always
scanned into their
system as if it
would if we had
taken it to them.
The only update the
USPS website will
report is the time,
date and place it
was delivered to. |

I placed an order
but when I log into
my account on the
2CoolRC website, it
doesn't say it has
been processed.

This
just means we have
not yet or have not
been able to get an
authorization on
your credit card.
