Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are currently shipped by USPS Priority mail including delivery confirmation. We have found this method to be the quickest and most affordable to the customer. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS or Federal Express.
Priority Mail usually delivers in 1 to 3 days. Most
instock orders received by 11:00
am Central time are packaged and shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are not in stock are always in route to us. This means that even items that are not in stock still can be shipped in just s few days after we receive your order
.We have never had a lost package yet, however if this concerns you, Insurance can be added to a package by special request and an additional fee will be charged. Insured packages require us to stand in line to fill out forms at the post office.
All domestic orders are charged a flat fee shipping charge. Insurance can be added to a package by special request and an additional fee will be charged at that time.

Due to recent delivery
problems, we will no longer ship
to Mexico via normal methods. We
will have to use FedEx Only.

We will accept product returns
for store credit as long as the

Paying by Money Order
Using our shopping cart and online checkout is the fastest and easiest method of payment. However if you don't have a credit card or just prefer to use a money order, you can do so using the following procedure.
- Send an E-mail to sales@2coolrc.com listing the items you want to purchase.
- We will then reply to that e-mail with the total amount.
- Follow the instructions in the e-mail.
If you have a Credit Card,
MasterCard, Visa Check Card we recommend using
our online checkout.
